Not a huge fan anymore. Now I have to hire an attorney to represent me in Court when all I needed was her to respond with a Form to the Kentucky Department of Revenue, that they are saying We (me as the client her as my cpa, didn't file) Teffany has also been up on these things so I figured it was a fluke or error on the states part. However........ 2 Scheduled meetings this year via her website. 2 No call No shows (email documentation available upon request) Feb 15th, she missed it. Took her 48 hours to even email back after the first missed meeting, even apologized. Told us to reschedule, so we did.. 2nd meeting Tuesday the 5th, no call, no email,, never logged in to the zoom she set up.Today April 9th a short email saying it's not her fault but nothing else, No call; no question on how she can help fix the current situation. Our first meeting was over a month ago. the 2nd last Tuesday and now Tax day is thia Tuesday! Yay! If there is a misunderstanding here I'm willing to change my
