Called today to schedule a call or meeting for tax advice for construction business. Spoke with receptionist, she said all the important people were in a meeting but she'd pass the message. Of course no one called me back. This is the new norm we live in. They have enough business and enough money I guess.

Asked group for tax help was told by this Adam to get my paper work together @ call him , called three times , three days in a row was told he was at lunch , left name @ # on his voice mail , no return , other times was told he wasn't wasn't in his office , left name @ number with receptionist , but still no call back !!! If he didn't want to help me should have called me back @ let me know he was real busy @ couldn't help at this time !!! U form your own opinion , good luck !!!!!

I lost tens of thousands of dollars by using a Tax firm that didn't understand my complex tax situation. I approached three additional firms and discovered that none of them knew any more than I did. When I met with Adam Williams at The Cleveland Group, he was so relaxed that I doubted that he really understood.
