This company holds no integrity in ensuring their customers are guaranteed their tax refund. Find a more honest tax agent because its either a hit or miss here. Gamble here at your own risk.

The owner of The Firm ALP is a complete scammer. The IRS completed a trace for me revealing that my tax funds are in her company’s business account and she’s done everything to make sure she keeps my money. Telling me they never received it but charged me $800 to file my return and then turned around and kept my refund! This company is extremely messy and I feel bad for even trying to support this “black owned business”… Shantell is very unprofessional. Do not let her or her tax agents under her, get their hands on your personal information. She even owes some of her own tax agent’s money for their taxes. She never responds to emails, or shows up to her scheduled zoom appointment calls. She’s literally running around social media doing promo for a trash company. Trust someone else with your taxes or DO THEM YOURSELF. I will no longer waste my time reaching out to this lady and her fraudulent business. I ended up filing a Tax Return Preparer Fraud or Misconduct Affidavit through the IR
