I contracted Fabiola Hernandez and Brent Timko to represent me in an audit for the tax year 2014. they never would get me a clear update on my case. they also never told me 'we are still waiting on the IRS to get back to us' when the audit was close for over a year now. when I try to call Fabiola Hernandez at the office or her cell phone she never pick up and I have proof of the text msgs and the call logs. Fabiola Hernandez Also provided me with fraudulent tax documents that she never file with the IRS I am now just finding out I may have a levy because they never inform they did not work on my tax case and I have to pay 32k ti the IRS and 5 k to the state of Nebraska. I want everyone to know they are not professionals and I will not stop until 'TIMKO TAX SERVICES' fixes the mess they left me with. I will also be providing the fraudulent paperwork that was giving to me to thesecretary of state , the BBB, attorney general Nebraska and the IRS. I am sure I am not the first person they
