In the past year, 50% of the reviews for this firm have been "One Star" - that's something you should take to heart when making an important decision involving your taxes - especially if that can have a large impact on your business and/or personal success. My husband and I found the employees at this firm rude, unprofessional and extremely difficult to work with. Being new to the area, we were hoping to have this firm be our long-term accounting firm but getting set up with them was like pulling teeth. Several unanswered emails and calls over the weeks, always met with an excuse and incompetence. We decided to move forward with a different firm and it was an excellent decision. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go elsewhere.

I rarely leave reviews unless it is something that, or someone who, has made a difference in my life. I operate a retail establishment in Miami Beach, and have been involved with its operation since 1997. The retail part of this Organization is just one aspect of what has been improved since her arrival. When Jeanette Travieso became our CPA, she transformed our accounting programs and procedures, and that has positively affected my work and my life... I enjoy my job now, more than ever-- no nagging financial matters getting in the way, and interrupting the flow of my duties. She has made a difference!

I had major issues finding an accounting firm who would actually talk to me. My personal tax situation is not super simple thanks to my immigration status and some other factors. Travis & Alvarez were a revelation I'm really grateful. Will be using them for every tax return I ever file
