I am not someone to write negative reviews unless absolutely necessary and sadly that is the case here. So, I had my taxes filed in February 2023 by Richard. I was supposed to get an IRS and state return. He advised something additional items would be required for the state return, it's now 5 months later and still nothing for my IRS or state return or what I need to provide to receive them. I've sent numerous emails for months asking for updates and its consistently "I will look into it" or no response at all....or he gets me confused with other clients. Like how unprofessional is that!?. How can I want to refer people to him or want to use him again, when this is the results I get? I paid for you to not just file my taxes but to also fulfill whatever is needed to get my returns since you are the one who supposedly filed everything.

This was my first year working with Rick. I had a more complicated than usual year in terms of taxes, life situation, etc. So I wanted to work with someone who could help me navigate through all the issues. Rick was efficient and helpful- He communicated clearly, and quickly, I would recommend him to anyone.

Richard was easy to work with, and was responsive to any questions that came up. He got my taxes done quickly and accurately.
