Unique Accounting - CPA Firm

The first year I used Unique Accounting, I was very happy with the service, but the second year was completely horrible and has left me wondering if my taxes have ever been done correctly. The accountant who was supposed to be handling my taxes did not submit my paperwork at all. After I discovered the mistake, it was past the IRS deadline. There was no one at the firm who had any answers. I couldn't get phone calls returned or even get a return email with the answers I needed. The owner said he left three voicemails for my husband, but we did not receive a call or a voicemail. After months of working on clearing up the issue and switching to a new accounting firm, I found out that there are other significant mistakes in my return that may have cost me thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars; the extent of the errors is still unknown.
