Vicki and her staff are the BEST! They have alway exceeded my expectations and I have referred them to friends who have been just as please with their professionalism and work as I have been. I would recommend them to anyone needing work on their Business or Personal tax returns. You will not be disappointed.

AWFUL. I hired them to do my corporate taxes in the spring, and when the end of the year came around I learned that she had done NOTHING the entire year, no quarterly reports were filed, nothing. So when I CALLED THEM at the end of the year, they played catchup and had me file everything for the whole year, LATE. Not only did I end up with hundreds of dollars of IRS/State late fines and headaches because of this, but she still charged me full price as if they had been keeping up throughout the year! The topping on the cake was when I calmly wrote to her office asking for them to make it right, they literally just didn’t even answer the email. No apologies, no discount, no refund, just NOTHING. Apparently it sat right with them to just take my money as if they had done nothing wrong and no implications were had due to it.
