I strongly advise against using this tax prep firm. We worked with Kris directly (and eventually Andy) and encountered multiple issues: inaccurate quote (charges came back well above original quote), misfiled return, delayed responses, terrible communication, etc. Ultimately, they refused to correct the issues with our return and we are left looking for a new tax prep team.
This year was the first time I used a tax professional. Kris DePaolo is an expert who invests time in his clients and makes understanding your taxes so simple. Whether you are a business owner or just want some help with your taxes, Kris is a great resource for anything tax related.
My wife and I used to do our own taxes. Never again! Kris was amazing throughout the entire process - very patient, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Could not ask for more. Huge fan!
