Wilklow & Associates, CPA P.C.

BUYER BEWARE. My supervisor recommended Wilkow CPA; he sold his rental house partnership and Wilkow CPA finished his annual taxes for $250. I only needed a calculation of what would be the recaptured depreciation, and capital gains tax for my rental house if I sold this year at an appraised value for my pending divorce. I was told it would cost about 1/2 of the $189 hourly rate. It took Wilkow CPA over two business days at a charge of $350 for one simple calculation. The calculation had numerous formatting and misspellings and did not include recaptured depreciation and the judge did not credit me $28,500 in court, let alone any capital gains.

Wilklow & Associates has been terrific to work with over the last few years!
