It's okay if you want your taxes done etc.. I didn't really care for the demeanor of the secretary. My relative has been going here for quite some time. I spend half my time in the US, I only work part time when in the US, and my stuff is easy to do. I just think they're a bit pricey for the simplicity of my taxes. I guess I am just used to living in Singapore, where people are so much different, less rude.
They do our taxes every year and are always quick, responsive, and thorough. They send out a handy checklist every year and we keep it in a folder and add documents to it throughout the year so when it's time to file, everything is already together and we don't have to try to figure out what we need.
Been using Bill and team as my accountant for about 5 years. He helped me transition to my consulting business. They are helpful, professional, and fair. Would highly recommend using his services.
