Experienced what it looks like many others did unfortunately, they even shared another clients social security numbers with me on accident which was rather shocking. Constantly billed me for hours but nothing got done it felt like. I left the office each time more unclear on what next steps where. I wouldn't recommend using them for any small business tax help!
