The search is over! For years, I have searched for a service where my taxes could be filed, with confidence and peace that it was done correctly. After years of "administrative" errors with H&R Block, I turned to Turbo Tax. While I was able to complete the taxes, I did not have the expertise to know if I was doing the best I could - I didn't know the ins and outs of tax code. I looked for an ELP (Endorsed Local Provider) on Dave Ramsey's website and found James Wilson CPA. He was quick to set up a call with us to understand what we were looking for, thorough in his completion of the forms, modern & organized with the use of a 3rd application to ensure a common and easily referenced set of supporting documents and a customer-advocate with his care and passion to follow up on a nuisance with a Cincinnati Tax. James Wilson is our solution - we have found a quality, thorough, subject matter expert that does his best for us! Will definitely be back next year :)

The star is just for the lady at the front desk who was extremely kind. No help whatsoever. The others just wanted my money and never gave me any help. Also never discussed payments up front. Totally felt taken advantage for being a brand new person. I will never be going back here. Before going to an accountant know ALL questions to ask them before hand or they will never tell you a single thing.

If it were possible to get 0 or negative stars I would. I saw James Wilson on September 27th to do my taxes on one flip and one rental before the October 17th deadline this year. We went over everything I needed to give him to do the taxes and he assured me that "I didn't have much going on so it was very easy to do my taxes" We agreed meeting a week later on the 4th of October. He choose this date saying "We should gather the final numbers early(October 4th) so we are nowhere near the deadline which means that we won't have any problems at all." I met with him as agreed on October 4th and gave him every number he needed for the rental and the flip.We shook hands and I was told they would be calling me so I can come in and sign, pay, etc. October 11th came and still no word so I talked to their rude receptionist. I asked her when i could expect to come down and sign. She told me she didn't know , nor would she know till they were done "and" if I didn't like they could just not do them
