This guy has the worst customer service, he doesn’t listen to you at all, it felt like I’m begging him to do my tax return, not only that it was kinda a must for me to call text and remind him to finish it. I paid him 150$ for nothing. The sad part is he forgot to do my 2018 tax Return and I got penalized for that. I reported him to H&R Block
He is a very talented man, ????❤ he is always ready to help by any means. The only problem is not answering the phone????
