I wish that it was possible to give zero stars. This is honestly the worst experience that I have ever had with a business. If you value your time and money DO NOT let Tracy file your taxes! I sincerely believe that Tracy should be shut down. She filed my taxes incorrectly 2 years ago and when I went to her for help she lied, blammed the error on me, and then proceeded to ignore me for over a week. She ultimately filed an amended return without telling me that's what should be done, or asking if I was okay with her doing so. She then essentially held my 2016 tax booklet hostage and demanded I pay her another $50 for the amended return that I never wanted before she would return my own tax information to me. To make matters even worse the amended return was also completely incorrect. I ended up going to a different office that was immediately able to tell that Tracy made a number of errors on both the original return as well as the amended return. Tracy had been my tax lady, since 2011. She has always been very professional. Her staff has always been friendly and helpful. I will continue using her. The office has a nice vibe as well

My family has been using this tax service since 2013. My husband and i got married and went from getting nice tax returns doing them ourselves to owing a lot of money. We came here and Tracy not only helped us drive that amount down she gave us advice to avoid owing so much....today we walked away getting money back again! Thank you Tracy!
