H&R Block

Never again, H&R Block! The lady at the front was very kind and welcoming, but that’s pretty much where it stopped. Not sure what was wrong with our tax professional, but he seem to have an attitude with us from the beginning. He then argued about which mileage I could claim as an independent contractor. We should’ve got up and walked out, but stayed and continue through our taxes, figuring they have to get done. However, when I returned home, decided to throw things in to TurboTax myself to see. Yeah, the numbers were only a couple hundred different but I could’ve save myself a lot of time and energy and some money.

This location is excellent. It was easy to make my appointment. My tax preparer, Shirley, was amazing. She is clearly very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions & was a true professional. Her many years of experience was seen clearly throughout the entire appointment. She's a rockstar. :) Because of how great she was, I made my appt for next year already! I left with a copy of my tax return in hand (which never happened at the accountant I used to go to) & everything was e-filed with the IRS. The cost to get my taxes done was super reasonable too. I would HIGHLY recommend H&R Block & Shirley to anyone who's looking to get their taxes done in a timely & professional manner.

Tracy was very knowledgeable and was ready with everything when I arrived at the office. We were able to complete the work in very little time and it was very simple. She handled everything for me in a very professional manner.
