They were super helpful and responsive. You do have to know which tax forms to send them so they can report, but they are willing to answer any and all questions to help you get all the appropriate forms, and they offer a reasonable price. My wife and I only ended up paying $275 and they were able to get us almost 3k in returns. I would say worth the price if you are looking to do as little work as possible when filing
