We have been using Berg Accounting for a few years now for our family and business taxes. Joy is always great to work with, professional, responsive and reliable. Even though tax season is not my favorite time of year, I feel at ease knowing I'm in good hands. I love that there are multiple services offered and plan to use utilize them as my financial needs grows. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: As a response to the owners reply. After our initial tax appointment, we reached out to Joy over 5 times in March via emails and calls to get clarification on the documents she still needed from us and also waiting on a spreadsheet she was supposed to send us to help us complete some information. Again we called and emailed multiple times. She never responded until 4 days before the tax deadline which forced us into working with another tax consultant. We reached out to Joy several times asking for a refund since she had us pay up front via Venmo and she never responded to us. The interaction was such a disappointment and her response to this review and lack of accountability is an even bigger disappointment. This was our first time hiring an accountant to do our taxes. Joy started out great and then when it came to the follow up items, she went MIA on us. We started following up with Joy for her to send us information we needed to get the rest of our info to her about a month

Joy is wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive to all of our questions! She has helped us with all our business accounting needs as well as taxes and estate accounting issues. We have recommended Berg Accounting to family and friends and everyone has been very happy with the company!
