They always answer all my questions and if they don't know the answer, they will research and get back to me promptly. They are very easy to deal with. I have had many opportunities in the past years to switch to other accounting firms, but I am happy with the results I get from this firm. Plus, their fees are extremely reasonable, in my opinion.
