H&R Block

Hiyami at first was very helpful. However, she does not pay attention to detail and made an enormous error that now has me doing double the work to correct. When I filed with this agent. I informed her that I would be moving prior to any tax payments to be released so she needs to be sure to have them mailed to my new address. Everything was recorded of course by email and it clearly states I will not have access to this unit and need the checks sent to my new address. She did not enlist my new address. Now my refund is floating about at the United States postal office and I am having an extremely hard time locating it as it has been weeks. Her only offer for an answer to her mistake was … I didn’t re inform her of this fact. When it’s written in the email thread. I will never use H&R block again.

Thank You Tracy for taking the time to go through the current tax laws with me. You really helped us by logging into the IRS to find our stimulus information. I was thrilled that you knew that our adult disabled sons remain our dependents. You did so much to help ease my anxiety about filling late. I was really impressed by the collaborative relationship among the H&R Block staff.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. The workers at this location do not know anything about how to file taxes correctly. AVOID THIS PLACE. I will never use H&R block in the future.
