Very unprofessional firm. They would not provide tax submission confirmation prior to paying invoice, which was odd. Even told us to pay the invoice and then we will provide them! We have always taken the invoice right off the refund with no problems. Since we (still) haven't received our refund from the IRS, made us question why we didn't get submission and confirmation information. Their online account feature has all the folders for these documents, but the firm elected not upload them for some reason? A soon as we received the information we paid immediately.
Great coustmer service very patient understanding and very affordable
I’ve been coming to AM Accounting for about 5 years now. Every single person at the office has been beyond professional. I always receive a swift reply to questions and they always maximize my taxes.
