I first started out thinking I had a good CPA until Karl became negligent and wouldn't take responsibility for it. First, he never sent in my amended taxes to the IRS in fall of 2017 so when I applied for a home mortgage, the loan company thought it was fraud and I almost didn't get my house. Then, he never told me that I would have vouchers to pay into the IRS for 2018 AND 2017. I had a tax bill for 2017 and thought those vouchers were payments for my 2017 bill. Now I have a tax bill that I am paying penalties on, and there is tax money already sent for 2018 that I probably wont need for 2018 and the IRS says I can't switch it. He never explained that when I have a tax bill due that there is an option to pay the next years tax bill. Why would I want to pay into 2018 when I already owe for 2017? When I brought this up to Karl, he hung up on me. Nice. How professional.
