I have searched for a forward thinking CPA that is responsive for the last 9 years and I think I've found him. I hate waiting until the year is over then counting my dead. I'd rather plan a head with someone that is creative and will help me limit my tax liability and help me attain my financial goals and not just bend over and quote the tax rules. Their is a difference between a pro coach and a high school coach and that goes for other professionals like accountants as well.
