I’ve worked with Brayan for some time now and have to say I’ve been extremely impressed with his professionalism and dedication to all of his clients. He really does put the client first and has a proven track record of really quick responsiveness. When my clients are in need of bookkeeping, calling these guys isn’t even a question. We have a small diner and interviewed several bookkeepers to help us. While I do have a background in bookkeeping, we needed help with restaurant specific problems that I didn’t know how to handle. I also have another full time job and didn’t have time to do all the maintenance required. I had very specific questions for Brayan and he assured us that he was both experienced and able to solve these problems as well as clean up the current books easily. He had such great Google reviews that we felt like he would be able to help us. We only had 3 months of data at this point so there wasn’t a lot of data to review. We also wanted his help in implementing a new POS system which would sync directly to QBO. He also assured us that he would be there to help. We hired him at the beginning of May, and by mid July we had not received a single deliverable that was promised.
