Rebecca ma'am WHY do you tell people to claim lower income than they should be or want to? just to "not pay the government". no one should be going to this lady. she cares nothing for her clients personal life, business, interests, investments or integrity for that matter. They most especially take advantage of individuals who don't speak English.
Dropped of my papers last week and never heard back from them. Today I called and they had to look for my papers and told me they would call me back. I had to call back to be put on hold again. I said that I would come and pick up my papers, when I got there I had to wait 40 minutes in the parking lot because all three woman went on break together and closed the office! Worst place ever to file taxes.
Great, friendly, knowledgeable office. I highly recommend it.
