Very unprofessional. They messed up with my information. A few weeks after doing my taxes with them, I received a letter from the IRS, I didn’t know what to do. I contacted them to help me with that issue and they never answer my texts or my calls.

I wouldn't refer anyone to work with this organization. I had them do my 2021 tax return and since them I have received 3 letters from the federal and state government informing me I owe ~$16k more than what they submitted in my tax return. I have tried to contact this firm multiple times to help resolve the issues in the letters I received and not once did they respond to my calls or emails. If you want your taxes done correctly and want customer support during the tax return process, I DO NOT suggest hiring this firm.
