Lori at Cape Coral Accounting Service has been handling my tax return for several years now. I'm Belgian and have a vacation/retirement home in Cape Coral which I occasionally rent out through TripAdvisor but am not familiar with all the US legal intricacies so I entrusted Lori with my tax return, everything is always done neatly and in due time. I highly recommend her services.

We were initially very impressed by this company, everything seemed to good to be true after meeting with several other accountants. After signing the contract for them to set up my quickbooks so that I could do the accounting going forwards, I dropped off my computer and was called within hours only to be told that they don't know how to set it up on an apple (which I had asked them before signing). I ended up having to set up the program myself. I was told that if I wanted them to teach me how to use the program I would have to wait until July (this was told to me in March!) I ended up sending my quickbooks file to them in March and paying for them to do the accounting for me. I paid for the services and it took almost a month for them to send the file back to me at which point I was charged a second time! Needless to say I am very unhappy with the service I have received.

I used Cape Coral Accounting Service for my 2017 tax returns for the first time. I needed last-minute tax returns prepared. They were very thorough in addressing all of my concerns along with quickly turning them around for processing. I highly recommend them!! Very professional service.
