Bill has assisted us for the last 15 years plus with his services. I can not say enough about how he has saved us a whole lot of money in preplanning and end of year taxes. His response time is wonderful and he always is on prompt in filing documents and returns.

Quite the experience. Had appointment to see if they would be a good fit to handle my personal and small business taxes. But My car ran out of gas just outside their parking lot. Owner came out to ask what was going on. Told him I ran out of gas, but just made it for my appointment. He said there was a gas station a mile up the road, turned around and went back in. I go in for the appointment, they wanted 4 pages of paperwork filled out. Got that done and sat in the reception area alone for 15 minutes. Then Bill said come on back. Sat down and he looks at me without any introduction or questions. Explained my tax situation. Still no questions or much else. I was very uncomfortable. I apologized again for my car running out of gas in their oarking lot. His response was similar to, it happens... I know this isn't the tax service for me.

Bill was excellent and we will return next year. I have tons of questions by nature and our taxes were complicated this year with Ian destruction. He made us feel comfortable that I understood as much as possible (I’m terrible at understanding this stuff). I appreciate his kindness and help deeply. Highly recommend.
