I was looking for a new tax person, and Robert Crawford reached out to me. The business is in a excellent location and the service was amazing. Very personalized and streamlined. They were quick and efficient. Unfortunately, my federal taxes were initially rejected by the IRS due to an issue with claiming a child following divorce. I was left with the task of contacting my ex’s tax person to have them file an amendment, and subsequently had to file my taxes on paper. 3 months later and I still haven’t received anything, and the IRS website and automated system provided no information. Concerned that the IRS may have rejected my taxes again due to an error, I tried to reach out to Chesapeake Taxes, and received little help. I was disappointed that I’ve had to handle most of the follow up on my own.
We have used them for years, they are wonderful and perfect. i wish i could give 10 stars.
