If I had to describe David using one word, it would be "thorough". He's how you'd expect CPA to be and exceeds this level of expectation. I have been using David for a long time now, and over the last few years he seems to have become hostile. I don't feel like elaborating the details; but my relationship with david is now officially done. As of this tax year, he made a mistake on my taxes; while making a mistake is forgivable the fact that he was not even apologetic in his response; and was purely dismissive essentially saying that because there was no penalties or fines his responsibility ended there. I don't expect him to pay the remaining balance on my taxes; but i would expect an apology for errors and put some effort into making amends. Instead I got a "The notice is correct. I never changed your county from Baltimore to Howard on the tax return. Howard County has a higher local tax rate than Baltimore County. My responsibility is for any penalties and interest (there are none) but the tax due needs to be paid by you. This would have been the balance if the county had been updated on your original return.
