Craig came highly recommended from a close friend. I called several times and requested a call back - Just some basic questions on moving forward with my tax situation. I never received a call back. On my final attempt to reach Craig, his office staff assumed what I needed and began to tell me what I needed to do without knowing what I was even calling in and requesting. I’m disappointed to not have the chance to work with them as, as I stated above, they’re highly recommended; They come across as simply being too busy to want to/be willing to have a conversation to even know why someone is calling.
Craig and his associates do the best tax prep of any CPA we have ever used! I own a small business and self employed, they have done my returns for fifteen years and stand behind their work. Would never trust any other firm. Thanks Craig Stayner & Co.
