They demand perfection and a LOT of time from their Tax Pros, but when their system inevitably causes asinine issues, they tell the Tax Pros that they cannot demand perfection from the system; a system which is extremely buggy and seems geared to specifically cause undue stress for all the employees. If you are thinking about working here, keep those things in mind. Also, do not get sick or demand respect that is due to you,. Be sure to ALWAYS clock in, especially before getting sick and needing to resign. The inappropriately named "Associate Relations," will ensure that you do not get paid for the hours worked, even after you substantiate your claim to entitled compensation.
