Terrific, excellent service! Highly recommend! Michael generously took time out to successfully resolve an issue for me today. He was incredibly patient in listening to me and in explaining things to me in very clear and simple terms (and re-explaining when i needed it). He even waited very patiently on the phone for me as i excused myself to retrieve info for him and i was relieved and very amazed he knew exactly how to help me so quickly, despite my sometimes confusing explanation. Had i not called him, i would have made an error on a document - thank you, Michael! Nina is also amazing. I called a few weeks back for help and Nina offered intelligent advice. She and Michael both are very knowledgeable and i understand why my dad and relatives have used their service for many years! Great place!

Fantastic service. Wonderful professionalism and exceptional attention to detail. I came in with a tricky and old tax return problem and old return to file. Michael was fantastic and got me in for an appointment quickly. Processed my taxes effortlessly, with expediency, and at a very reasonable rate. Anytime I have an issue or taxes too complicated that I need help with I'll return here, because I'll receive the excellent service -and- the attention to detail the IRS demands.
