This guys are the most unprofessional in the industry! Beside the point that the guy put myself in huge trouble with IRS, I referred several of my friends to him, and each one of them complained and said they will never do business with this clowns. There is nobody to even answer the phone, on top of it they always make mistakes since they hire pore help. There is a law suit coming up against this firm and owner personally from at least 5-10 firms that got screwed. So just run when you hear this name, find yourself a better responsible firm.

Run!!! In my opinion, this is the worst firm to trust. Not responsive and charged me for two years of tax returns that the IRS and state have no records of receiving. We paid a significant amount of money for services never received and are now paying a new CPA to fix and correctly file this information now. At this point, all I want is a refund. There is no way I’d ever trust this company to do anything for me as it relates to finances. I received several warnings from previous customers and I ignored it because Victor presented as a likable and trustworthy person who might not be getting a fair shake. I feel so violated and in my opinion, this is not any company to trust your livelihood with. I trusted this firm with my dreams, my passion and my finances. To my devastation, I learned the hard way. From work in PR and Georgia, this firm has not delivered much of anything as agreed. My advice based solely on my opinion, as hard as it is, don’t be his next victim! Run!!!

I’ve used DeLerme for several years with good success. However, this year (2022) they had my return for TEN weeks, and failed to file my return by the due date....despite numerous calls into their office and was reassured my taxes would be filed in time ! Disappointing.
