Horrible experience they came recommended by a family member and seemed professional at first but then didn’t even process my taxes for 3 weeks and only did so after I called them. After the work was finally done I noticed they entered the wrong information on my tax documents and then I had to go there and have them fix it. When I asked how that could happen when they had all of my information I was told by the receptionist that they don’t know it happens. Worse service ever I don’t recommend this place to anyone who actually wants their taxes done on time and the right way the first time. Oh and thanks for telling me I owed 190$ to the state in early April..in the middle of May any late fees I could have avoided I definitely didn’t because of your businesses lazy practice.

I have been getting my taxes done here for over 4 years now. I wouldn't go any other place. Always answer my needs with no problem. Once you get your taxes done here, you wouldn't want to go any place else. Long as the doors are open at this place I will be walking in! A+ 100%!!

They really messed up my son's taxes last year. He had to get them amended. They had him owing when he didn't. Then they charged him $150.00 +., they had his paper work for almost two weeks before starting. When we brought that to their attention, they had to look for the paperwork because it had been misplaced. Liberty Tax rep said there were "multiple errors" in their filing of his taxes. He usually gets a return between $800.00 & $1000.00, last year he got nothing, and charged for it. The receptionist was impatient and abrupt to put it nicely. No one at this business had any accountability for the errors that were made. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR TAXES DONE.
