I was very pleased. I could not have asked for better. I was educated about my taxes. I was so stressed when I called to have them done. But she couldn't have been more then great. Thank you for letting me use your service. I will be back to see her this tax season.

Got letter from the city tax audit that something wrong with my tax and I had to pay more taxes . Called Jackson Hewitt office and they put me with this office to see how they can help . Went to the office on time and no one there. Called and I was told they don’t work today . Then she put me with a different office that is in Arizona and she said I’m sorry it’s a mistake . Then after over 30 minutes I told her I want to resolve this over the phone I already wasted too much time and she indeed put me with some one by the name Victoria that sage said Jackson Hewitt is a franchise and you if i need her help I have to pay 60sh dollars for her time . And said again if I need a piece of mind to just go ahead and pay the extra tax and then call your local office where they prepared my taxes which close to the tax season. Way to go JH . What a waste of time

Did my taxes incorrectly, don’t return phone calls from local office or corporate, owes me money for doing my taxes incorrectly since June now and still haven’t received it! Have gotten the complete run around. Oh and did I mention another JH office in a town I used to live in a person tried to file my taxes fraudulently twice AFTER I had already filed them! How does this happen? WILL NEVER GO BACK! EVER!
