I found this firm on youtube so I decided to give them a call for a quote. I am very displeased with their service! I did a consultation over the phone since I live out of state, and was charged $175.00. Just for a consultation. Mind you, the consultation was 1 hour , and I'm not sure what I was paying for but it was definitely not worth it. She just explained the tax laws and the ways I could go about filling for 2019. Very basic stuff to say the least (again, not worth $175.00). I needed someone specifically with expertise in the area of barbering/cosmetology/small business, so I decided to give them a shot anyway (silly me of me). After a few email exchanges, days later, as well as a few bank statements that i forwarded to her admin named Naomi, I was not given a reply. I feel like they took my consultation money and didn't bother to reply back, EVEN though I was willing to pay for their accounting service going forward. This was my first time working with Five Star and I was very impressed. They are thorough, responsive, and turned things around quickly. Marquita and Naomi are very friendly and communicative. It's an easy 5 stars for me.
