I filed taxes with them for years 2021 and 2022. I had good experience the first time, so I filed with them for 2022 as well. The experience was terrible, it is August and I am unable to see status of my State Tax. When called, no one answers, left voicemail every week and followed up via email as well. No response. I finally called state department of tax and they haven’t received anything for my 2022 filing.

They were great several times in the past. This year however, after getting a Federal and State tax estimate. I only authorized USTAXO to file Federal and mentioned that I'd take care of the State Tax filing. They filed both federal and state tax returns. I separately filed state tax returns so I ended up paying double to the state.

This is a fraud and cheat\worst company. Initially, You feel like this team is very quick to respond for initial filling and until you pay the money and once they get the money. They don't even care about your requests and emails. I have been filling with this company for more than four years now and referred my friends. As long as ones returns are not questioned by the Dept of Revenue/IRS, they will answer the calls and questions very quicky, the moment I received noticed they stopped responding and not even acknowledging my emails. I received a letter to submit a document from IRS this years 2022 filing for their Teams wrongly submitting 1040 form numbers and team is not responding to the emails and not even giving any status update of my file and worrying what to do next for my file. Please don't be trapped especially when the govt depts are involved.
