I've never had a BAD experience at H&R Block, in nearly 30 years of going there. The one BAD tax experience I've had was the year I went to Jackson-Hewitt (not my idea, my girlfriend at the time lead me astray). Never again! H&R Block does it right, the first time, every time, and at all times.
I have always received the best service here, first with MK then with Jerry and now with Tracey. I have has some complicated issues with my taxes and they have always been resolved. I also really liked the people I have worked with. They are friendly and treat me like a friend as well as a client.
Tracey is always so helpful with our complicated returns and she is quick and efficient. Tax is far less of a headache since we have been bringing our returns to her. Would 100% recommend!
