Convenient and easy to work worth. I've been going to UAI for the past 4 years to help me with my personal and small business taxes. Steve is a great accountant and I highly recommend him.
Updated Review: We were referred over by a coworker and I was finally was able to talk to Steve directly. He seemed really nice over the phone and was upfront about pricing. In comparison to other locations we’ve called, price is a little higher but I’ve read excellent reviews on this location. We will definitely keep UAI in mind for tax prep.
I wouldn’t go back. He made a mistake on my taxes (he entered my social security number incorrectly on my tax form) and he won’t return my emails or other communications to fix HIS error. Worst accountant I’ve been to in the Dayton/Beavercreek area and has showed he doesn’t care about his clients. ***I finally received a response ONLY AFTER I posted the above review (then the below response was written by the business owner). Clearly was done to save face. Customers beware
