Called the office to set an appointment to resolve a tax issue . Receptionist who answered phone said she would return my call after speaking with Shannon . I never received that call .
They overcharge for a service I could have done myself. She faked complexity, and I ended up actually doing over half the work myself. If I were a millionaire with 5-10 businesses, I could accept what she charged me, but I'm a small-time guy TRYING to build businesses, she saw my net worth, and realized she could charge more. It's for those very reasons that business owners have such difficulty getting off their feet. This type of thing is parasitic and infuriating. I was expecting HALF of what she ended up charging me. I was not satisfied with her service. I'll just do it myself next time.
They have been my accountant firm for over 25 years. They are efficient and helpful. They can make sense of the complex. I would be lost without them.
