Please do not use this company for any technical support on any product and especially quickbooks online users. I assumed this was quickbooks support when they were very eager to fix my problem. After looking into it by connecting to my computer, they said my problem is happening because I have corrupt company files and they need to be fixed by a technician or it will get worse and then you will lose all of your data and have to start over. I asked them multiple times how could this be possible if we are using the online/cloud version. They gave a technical answer that sounded like I really didn't have another option as I know nothing about files or corrupt files for that nature. They charge $299.99 for 1 time support/fixing of issue or $499.99 for 1 year of support. They never called back and they never fixed the problem. When I spoke to Quickbooks (the real team) they said they never charge for support and it's IMPOSSIBLE to have corrupt files with Quickbooks Online and that
DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! One of the most horrible experience. They hardly pick the call or respond to you emails. My tax got rejected after they filed it and I paid for their services. Now they are neither picking my calls nor responding to my emails. They stated they support multi-state tax. Please avoid them. Now I don't know the status of my tax. I'm scared to death now
I was scammed too for the same reasons others were scammed. "Corrupt files" was the reason I was given too. I am seeing positive comments... well... I am guessing that is because they treat you great and then you give them a positive review in an email... and then they post it here for others to see.... smooth move on their part.
