Got a call from collections last week because I underpaid my earnings tax for the year I used Kevin to prepare my taxes. Tried to contact him over a week ago, has no responded to any voicemails or emails. Steer clear.
Impossible to reach. He does not return emails or calls. Flakes on meetings. I had to make major changes to my return on my own for two of the three years that I've worked with Kevin. Avoid.
They don't answer the phone and the door is locked. When it says in Google map they are open. It looks like to me they don't work any longer.
