Been doing my taxes with this family-owned business for over 20 years. Not once have I been audited nor have I ever felt like there was money left on the table. They offer direct deposit, online services, and take digital payments. For the past 3 years, I have not had to visit their office at all. Highly recommended.
He overcharges and doesn't even give us the option to have our refund direct deposit. Nor does he allow for any work-related deductions. He just uses a basic program that anybody can do online themselves, which is exactly what I'm going to do next year. Our tax return should have been much higher than it is and I'm probably going to amend this year. A waste of time a waste of money
