Beware of this guy. He claims to have 25 years of service, but I bet those years have been below standard. He may be qualified to perform TurboTax and that is about as far as his scope extends. He did our 2019 taxes, turned out we owe thousands of dollars and we haven't received a copy of our filings. After repeated calls and emails, crickets. This smells fishy, certainly not to CPA standards.
I used Jino's services to file 2019 taxes. Just like another reviewer said, he rushed through it in a hurry and i got a similar late charge fee from the government post filing. I'd reached out yesterday for his help to file for 2020 and in a tone quite rude, he basically said i should find someone else. Beware people. Do not use this person's services. He is both rude and uncaring towards customers.
I know Jino for more than 2 decades, very reliable, on time. Love to refer, but he don’t take new clients, because of his work load.
