Professional Tax Services serves exactly what their name stands for. A super easy process from start to finish. Their secure website made it easy to trust and upload your tax documents. During these times when its very difficult to make any appointments, Neil and his staff make life easier. Especially with not having a scanner, I was able to take a picture and upload them just as easy as a PDF. Would absolute recommend using them.
Given the circumstance of the past year, we have been very patient with Neil and team about our tax returns. We found multiple mistakes in the first round which was later fixed after multiple attempts to contact the office. After failing to receive our tax return, we once again reached out to the team and were promised follow up within 1 week, 2 weeks max. Now 2 months later we have yet to hear anything from the team despite our greatest efforts.
Neil Narvaez has been doing my corporation and personal taxes for a couple of years. Not only has he done an excellent job, but he is also responsive and very helpful when I have had questions about the process. Further, I received a letter from the IRS about an issue and he quickly helped me solve it! He has a portal where you can upload your documents, which makes the process easy and smooth. I highly recommend him!
