Stuck with this company for way too long. Found out that when they filed my business taxes that they didn't file my personal taxes. Didn't find this out until the following year. Now, they are holding my current taxes hostage stating that they want payment for May and June bookkeeping before they will file my taxes, which they've already been paid for. As a note, I don't want to continue with their services but am now forced to until they file my taxes. Of course, they won't give me a time-frame so they can keep extorting more money from me.

We love Mazuma for our small business needs. My husband and I have been working with Kristine for the last year and oh man… she’s amazing!! She explains all the tax info simply and in ways we can understand. She makes tax time so much easier for us. We absolutely love her and will NEVER go anywhere else!

Not sure if everyone else is talking about the same Mazuma, however the service was a complete waste of money and time. I had filed my taxes with them, (side note: you will literally do your own book work), I waited longer then the time they promised to have my paper work submitted. I HAD AN EASY RETURN, but weeks go by and every customer service rep did not know when will the Accountant will ever look at my books. My books was under 1500. There isn’t much to look at. I spend my own money in hopes for an easier experience, however that was a lie. Nobody looked at my books, and I was near the deadline by then. Instead I went with my original accountant and spend less than 1 hour to have all my work submitted. Scam alert I would stay away from them.
