Michael Waroff CPA

This was my first year in 25+ that I didn't own a S-Corp and was looking forward to finding someone local. I assumed that I would try a few out, the next couple of years and hopefully be lucky enough to find a company that was servicable. For once, I will be able to skip over all of that extra due diligence because I found the right person on the very first try. That NEVER happens, especially for me. Michael Waroff is, by far, the best CPA/Accountant that I have worked with after dealing with multiple contacts at a specific company. He understands the questions that come from my business dealings and easily integrates them with my general questions that I know face routinely. He is extremely knowledgable regarding every rule / tax implication, etc. that comes from the always change Covid regulations. Happily, I have stopped worrying if we are taking full advantage of any Covid-Relief tax implication, David is not only on top of it but always emails you how it will affect your situation

Michael is professional, courteous, and experienced. He took the time to answer our tax questions and provide advice. Highly recommend!

If you need a CPA, stop right there. This is the guy! Great guy, great CPA. Very kind and patient. I dont ever feel rushed talking to him.
