Excellent firm! Great service and highly qualified professionals. The team has been wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend.
I am sadly disappointed and feel blindsided by this firm. After being told it is recommended to file my taxes a certain way, I was invoiced for my taxes being more complicated and for every 1 minute email/call, charged hourly. I felt there was no care other than to say that it was more complicated, and now pay your bill. I am all for paying what services are worth but if something changes in that service that will cost more than half of what is originally understood, than it should be mentioned when you suggest it. Paying isn’t a problem, integrity is, how do I know this won’t happen every year? I don’t.
