I decided to use this CPA after being referred by Dave Ramsey's ELP (Endorsed Local Provider) program, and am incredibly disappointed in the service. I contacted them on March 3rd, and did not get a response until March 7 to do my small business taxes. We met with them and was told to just drop off the paperwork and that she would handle the rest. It took the CPA until March 24 to complete the form 1065 and two Schedule K-1s. I sent regular emails asking for an update, and was rarely replied to (11 emails from her or the office, 20 from me). When we finally picked up the forms, we realized they were wrong. My name was wrong on the form, and some numbers were off. This came about because the questions we were asking during the first meeting were dismissed. I thought a Dave Ramsey ELP was supposed to have the heart of a teacher, not ignore us? Anyway, I was told to expect the updated forms in 2 days... Over the past several weeks I have made multiple calls to the office. Each time either
